Olympic Fever!!
That's right we have it bad, the Olympic Fever! D and I love watching the Olympics, we stay up late watching it and love cheering for Team USA!!! Last night we watched the Swimming Final of the men's 400 meter relay and we were both cheering and yelling at the TV! We were so happy that USA got the gold medal. For those of you who have not caught the fever yet and are wondering what happened, the French team was favored to win the relay and one of them had even said that they "were going to smash the Americans." The French team was ahead most of the race and then USA pulled ahead at the last second and took gold!! It was very exciting! My favorite event to watch is the gymnastics. I also love watching the swimming and the diving! I love it all really but don't have time to watch everything so we have to pick our favorites to watch. I hope that all of you are enjoying the Olympics as much as our family is. Go Team USA!!!

We also are really enjoying the Olympics. We loved the opening ceremonies. We also loved watching the girls gymnastics last night. I was proud of them for taking silver, but sad for them for not getting gold. And Micheal Phelps is unstoppable! That boys is amazing!
