Week 1

Here is my first update! It has been one week since I started my challenge and I feel pretty good. I only lost 1 pound but I still am proud of myself. I exercised 5 of the 7 days and I can now do the video and not feel to sore the next day. I feel stronger and I have more energy. I do need to do better on the things that I chose to eat. I know that is the reason that I didn't lose more weight. One pound is one pound though right?! At least I did not gain weight. Thanks to all of you who left comments before. You really do encourage me to get up in the morning and work out. Now if only I could have you all in my pantry to tell me to close the door and drink water when I open it to eat!!! Hehehehehe!

Ummm... I will come and sit in your pantry! But when you open the door I won't tell you to drink water; I will just look around and say, "Well... the food is all gone now." Then I will go and sit in your food storage and help you there too. How many quarts of applesauce did you say you canned?

Seriously though, CONGRATULATIONS! I am so proud of you. Keep it up!

Way to go Girl! Don't worry about the pounds, just keep going and before you know it, it will be habit and you won't know where the pounds went.

I'm so proud of you. I'm determined to get in shape this time after having the baby. I always say I will so that I'll be in better shape by the next one and somehow I keep doing the same old stuff. I'll do the challenge with you, just give me a couple more weeks to get my body back to a little bit more of normal. We want to go to Hawaii next year so I've got a motivator too!
