Special Day

Today is my 31st birthday! I have had a super fun day so far. My wonderful neighbor Briana sent her kids down to my house this morning and they sang me a cute birthday song and gave me a gift. After that the kids and I went on a bike ride together. My good friend Jamie had called me yesterday and asked if I wanted to meet her at the park today to let the kids play, so we went to the park and were surprised to see that two of my other good friends, Niki and Katie were there with their kids. They had brought stuff for lunch and made really yummy cupcakes. They all surprised me and it made me feel so good to know that they were all thinking of me. I have the greatest friends here and I love them all so much! I am so blessed to be living in this area and to be surrounded by such good people. Thank you to all!! Tonight I am just hanging out with D and the kids and I am going to have D grill some hamburgers for dinner (he makes the yummiest hamburgers ever!). Tomorrow night D and I get to go to dinner and a movie...alone! It has been a long time since D and I have gone to the movies alone, the last movie we saw in the theater together without the kids was the second Pirates of the Caribbean!
Now to prepare for the boys birthdays. DL is turning 8 on the 12th and TL will be 4 on the 16th. June is such a busy month for us. Between my family and D's family and our little family we have 10 birthdays (I think, I may be missing some) and 2 anniversaries. We are excited for DL to turn 8 and to be baptized in July (by the way, he will be baptized on July 4th).
I have lots of pictures from the past 2 weeks to post, but my camera is out of batteries so I need to charge them so that I can get them off of my camera. I will hopefully do that tomorrow!
By the way, some of you may know that I was doing a weight loss challenge with some of my friends and family for the past few months, well we are done and I lost a total of 13.5 pounds! I am way excited and am going to continue to work hard and lose more weight.
