Things we have been doing

Here is what we have been up to since last time I posted. I made a collage of pictures at the bottom of this post of some of these things. Here we go, I hope I don't miss anything!
-School got out and our summer began
-Lucy and her cute daughter May came to visit before they left for Texas
-The kids played baseball and loved it
-DL turned 9
-TL turned 5
-I turned.....well, I had a birthday
-Went to Lava Hot Springs and spent time with my Mom and Dad and Tory and her family there
-The kids dressed up as cowboys and rode in a float for a parade
-Watched a bunch of parades
-Took the kids to the zoo
-Went over to Boise to see my family (see if you can find my sister Megan in the picture in the upper left corner)
-D and I went as a Ma and Pa with the youth in our ward on a handcart trek
-Got a new puppy, his name is Tucker and he is a Boxer
-SL was really naughty and got into a lot of things in the garage like D's chalk line (see picture below) and got into the round up and sprayed our car and his brother, they are now weed free
-School has started again. DL is in 4th, BL is in 1st, and TL is now in morning kindergarten
-Worked in the garden
-Canned all sorts of yummy things (and of course have a lot more to do)
-Went to the lake
Okay, I think I got it all, at least the important stuff. Of course a lot of other things have been going on (thus the reason my blog has been so neglected)! My sister, Lucy, and her family moved down to Texas, we miss them a lot but she is close to Megan and AnneMarie so that is good. She just had her second baby a few weeks ago. It is a boy and he is adorable, I wish I was closer and could go there and see her and cuddle that new baby. I am hoping to be able to post more often, I am not promising anything but I will try my hardest! If you click on the picture collage it will show in a different window bigger, sorry it is so tiny!
